Rapid advances in parallel computing technology is revolutionizing seismology. Today we can simulate complete seismic wave-fields in complex 3D earth structural models with affordable computational cost. It has opened up the possibilities of inverting the complete seismic waveform observations for high-resolution, 3D images of the Earth’s interior and the details of the earthquake rupture processes. This website serves as a repository for my research and teaching on seismology (mainly full-wave seismic inverse problems) and high-performance computing.
